Question 1

What is Dominion Group Services?

Accepted Answer

Dominion Group Services is an outsourced business growth team for Australian SMEs. We combine digital marketing (website design, SEO, Google Ads, social media), technology (CRM automation, AI consultancy, IT services), and business development into one integrated service. Instead of dealing with multiple specialists, you get one partner handling everything your business needs to grow.

Question 2

What size businesses do you work with?

Accepted Answer

We work with Australian small and medium enterprises (SMEs) — typically businesses with 1 to 50 employees. Our clients range from solo operators looking to professionalise their digital presence, to established multi-location businesses wanting to scale. Our solutions are designed to be affordable and effective for SMEs, not enterprise-level budgets.

Question 3

Which industries do you specialise in?

Accepted Answer

We work across 12+ industries including trades & construction, healthcare, professional services, e-commerce, hospitality, real estate, education, fitness, beauty, automotive, manufacturing, and retail. Our team has deep experience in each, and we tailor our approach to the specific challenges and opportunities of your industry.

Question 4

Do you work with businesses outside Australia?

Accepted Answer

We're an Australian company focused on Australian SMEs. All our strategies are tailored to the Australian market, Australian search behaviour, and Australian consumer preferences. We occasionally work with New Zealand-based businesses, but our core focus is serving Australian SMEs.

Question 5

How quickly can we get started?

Accepted Answer

After your free Business Needs Assessment, we can typically begin work within 1-2 weeks. For urgent projects (like a new website launch or Google Ads campaign), we can sometimes start within a few days. Book your assessment and we'll discuss your timeline.

Question 6

What services does Dominion Group Services offer?

Accepted Answer

We offer ten core services: Website Design & Development, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Google Ads Management, Social Media Marketing, CRM Solutions (GoHighLevel), AI Consultancy, Business Development, Graphic Design, Video Production, and IT Consultancy. Most clients engage us for multiple services as part of an integrated growth strategy.

Question 7

How much does a website cost?

Accepted Answer

Website projects typically range from $3,000 for a focused landing page or small business site, to $15,000+ for a comprehensive e-commerce or multi-service platform. The final cost depends on the number of pages, custom functionality, integrations required, and content creation needs. Book a free assessment for a custom quote.

Question 8

How long does SEO take to show results?

Accepted Answer

SEO is a medium to long-term strategy. You'll typically see initial improvements in 1-2 months, with significant ranking improvements in 3-6 months, and strong, compounding results from 6-12 months onwards. Local SEO (Google Maps) can show faster results — sometimes within 4-8 weeks. We provide monthly reporting so you can track progress.

Question 9

What CRM platform do you use?

Accepted Answer

We primarily work with GoHighLevel, which we've found to be the best all-in-one CRM platform for Australian SMEs. It combines lead management, automation, email/SMS marketing, appointment booking, pipelines, and reporting in one system. For clients with specific needs, we also work with HubSpot, Zoho, and Pipedrive, but GoHighLevel is our recommended solution for most SMEs.

Question 10

Do you manage Google Ads campaigns ongoing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We don't just set up your campaigns and leave — we provide ongoing management and optimisation. This includes weekly campaign monitoring, bid adjustments, ad copy testing, keyword expansion, negative keyword management, and monthly ROI reporting. Continuous optimisation is what separates profitable campaigns from wasted spend.

Question 11

What does your AI consultancy involve?

Accepted Answer

Our AI consultancy helps you identify, implement, and leverage AI tools in your business. This includes AI readiness audits, workflow automation, custom GPT creation, AI voice agents, staff training, and AI strategy development. We focus on practical, measurable applications — not hype. Most clients save 15-40 hours per week of manual work after implementation.

Question 12

Can you help with business development and sales?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We help build sales systems, lead generation strategies, LinkedIn prospecting, proposal development, tender support, and CRM sales pipelines. We also set up sales automation and appointment setting. Our goal is to create predictable, measurable lead flow into your business.

Question 13

How much do your services cost?

Accepted Answer

Our pricing depends on the scope of work. Website design starts from $3,000. SEO management starts from $1,500/month. Google Ads management starts from $750/month (plus ad spend). CRM setup starts from $2,500. Monthly retainer packages combining multiple services start from $2,500/month. Every business is different, so we provide custom quotes after your free assessment.

Question 14

Do you require long-term contracts?

Accepted Answer

Most of our services operate on month-to-month agreements with 30 days' notice. We believe in earning your business every month through results, not locking you into long contracts. For large project work (like website builds), we use fixed-scope agreements with milestone payments. You'll always know exactly what you're paying for before we start.

Question 15

Is there a minimum commitment for monthly services?

Accepted Answer

For SEO and ongoing marketing services, we recommend a minimum 3-month commitment to give the strategies time to show results — but this isn't a lock-in contract. For Google Ads, we recommend at least 2 months to optimise campaigns properly. CRM and website projects are one-time engagements with optional ongoing support.

Question 16

Do you offer payment plans for larger projects?

Accepted Answer

Yes. For website design and larger projects, we offer milestone-based payments (typically 50% upfront, 25% at midpoint, 25% on completion). For very large projects, we can arrange custom payment schedules. Talk to us during your assessment about what works for your cash flow.

Question 17

What's included in a free Business Needs Assessment?

Accepted Answer

Your free assessment is a 30-45 minute consultation (phone or video) where we review your current digital presence, discuss your business goals and challenges, and provide recommendations on the services that will have the biggest impact. You'll leave with a clear action plan — whether or not you choose to work with us. There's no obligation and no pressure.

Question 18

What kind of ROI can I expect?

Accepted Answer

ROI varies by service and industry, but our clients typically see: SEO delivers 200-500% ROI within 12 months; Google Ads campaigns typically achieve 4:1 to 8:1 return on ad spend; CRM automation typically saves 15-40 hours per week of admin work. We focus on measurable results and provide monthly reporting so you can see exactly what you're getting.

Question 19

How do you measure and report on results?

Accepted Answer

Every service includes monthly reporting tailored to your goals. For SEO, we track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and lead generation. For Google Ads, we track cost per lead, ROAS, and conversions. For CRM, we track automation metrics, response times, and conversion rates. You'll always have access to clear, jargon-free reports showing your return on investment.

Question 20

Can you guarantee specific results?

Accepted Answer

No reputable agency can guarantee specific SEO rankings or exact lead numbers — Google's algorithm is too complex and competitive. What we can guarantee is: transparent reporting, proven methodologies based on real client results, continuous optimisation, and honest communication. If we don't think we can deliver value, we'll tell you upfront. Our case studies show the kind of results we achieve.

Question 21

How quickly will I see results?

Accepted Answer

Timelines vary by service: Google Ads can generate leads within days of launch; CRM automation delivers time savings immediately; local SEO shows results in 4-8 weeks; organic SEO takes 3-6 months for significant movement; website design projects typically launch in 4-8 weeks. We set clear expectations during your assessment.

Question 22

What happens after I book a free assessment?

Accepted Answer

After booking, you'll receive a confirmation email with a few questions about your business. At your assessment (30-45 minutes), we'll discuss your goals, review your current setup, and recommend next steps. If we're a good fit, we'll send a tailored proposal within 48 hours. If not, you'll still leave with a clear action plan. No pressure, no obligation.

Question 23

What does the onboarding process look like?

Accepted Answer

Once you accept a proposal, onboarding typically takes 1-2 weeks. We'll schedule a kickoff meeting, gather access to your existing systems, set up project tracking, and establish communication channels. For website projects, we'll provide a project timeline with milestones. For ongoing services, we'll establish reporting schedules and primary contacts.

Question 24

Who will I be working with day-to-day?

Accepted Answer

You'll have a dedicated account manager as your primary point of contact, plus access to the specialists working on your project (e.g., your SEO specialist, ads manager, or developer). Your account manager ensures everything runs smoothly and coordinates between team members. You can reach us by phone, email, or through your project portal.

Question 25

Do I need to provide content for my website or marketing?

Accepted Answer

It depends. For website projects, we can write all content for you (recommended for SEO and conversion), or work with your existing content. For blog posts and marketing materials, our team handles content creation. For social media, we create all content but may request photos of your work or team. We make it as hands-off for you as possible.

Question 26

Can I see examples of your work?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our case studies page showcases real client results with specific metrics. We can also provide additional examples relevant to your industry during your assessment. We respect client confidentiality, so some work is shown privately rather than publicly, but we're happy to demonstrate our experience in your sector.
